Due to the size of your truck and the location of power lines at my house, the truck couldn't make it down the driveway. Warrior Panda manually placed the potty in the backyard, sent me photos and noted my account that servicing each week needs to be done with the small truck. Excellent customer service. What a wonderful technician you have. He brings great credit to your company! The only complaint is the Elite does not hold alot for big crowds, without servicing it several times a day. Feminine Products are a cause of back ups in the Elite. I wish it had a bigger bladder. My suggestions to keep things from clogging up, put waste baskets and signs in the Elite (Feminine products do not flush, put in waste basket). Other than back ups, it was a good experience and the customer service was very good.

It was much more affordable than I expected and the weekly cleaning services kept my renters very happy with the service, so much in fact, that even after the bathroom was finished we decided to keep it around a little longer just to have a 2nd toilet while the house was full up.
