Andrew brings years of hands-on experience in commercial construction and logistics to 2 Pees in a Pot. He began his career in logistics, where he developed a strong foundation in operations, problem solving, and staying efficient under pressure. He then spent over 15 years working with two premier electrical construction contractors. He worked both on the project side as well as spending most of his time in the procurement division, collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, subcontractors, and other service vendors to ensure materials and equipment were on time and under budget.
This background gave Andrew a deep understanding of jobsite demands, scheduling challenges, and the importance of reliable service, making him uniquely equipped to anticipate client needs. At 2 Pees in a Pot, Andrew oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates deliveries and servicing, and ensures that every unit is clean, well-maintained, and on-site when promised. Whether it's a fast-paced construction job, high-end event, or a custom sanitation solution, he will make every effort to ensure things are running smoothly with precision and professionalism.

Jen brings over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and client service to 2 Pees in a Pot, with a professional background that spans both technology sales and real estate. Her early career in IT sales sharpened her strategic thinking and negotiation skills, while her success in real estate honed her ability to manage high-stakes deals and deliver top-tier client experiences.
As co-owner, Jen leads the brand development, client relations, and business strategy for 2 Pees in a Pot. She's the creative force behind the company's marketing and the go-to for building partnerships with contractors, event planners, and venues. From developing tailored proposals to growing the company's presence across Central Texas, Jen is focused on elevating what people expect from a porta potty company, one polished experience at a time.
